Going international

Ok, now i will write my post in English since Heikki asked me to do so. He only know the words Ampel and Ampelmänchen in German. Last week we made a bicycle tour along the Amstel. It was realy nice and you can see some pictures in Damians blog. On Saturday we made a party in front of the elevator. The main idea was to meet people from the other side of the floor since there are always two sides with 13 people on every floor and the lift is in the middle. But there where more people from other floors than from the 6. It was funny anyway. Also we saw the moon eclipse. Since Monday i have to go to my class alone because the Spanish guy who was going with me skipped the class. He could not follow the class in English.
Damian was in Germany this weekend and brought me some German beer. Really nice.

This is the view from my room. I made the smiley. Due to bad weather we can't see it any more:

This is a picture from the bicycle tour. Here you can see the great Dutch canal systems. The water is flowing from the upper canal in the lower one. At the end of the lower canal there is a pumping station witch pumps the water into the Amstel river. The level of the Amstel river is even higher than the level of the upper canal. Here is a nice house we saw at the Amstel. They even had Flamingos in the garden.
